Many favor New York in this game, thanks to the matchup of a Rex Ryan defense and a rookie quarterback in Raiders second-round pick Derek Carr. It will be very interesting to see how he is able to handle the early pressure in his career — though Carr looked fantastic in the preseason.
Carr understands the tough task that he will be facing on the field, but he is ready for whatever Ryan throws his way.
“He’s got a great blitz package,” Carr said, via ESPN.com. “He has obviously a lot of different looks that he’ll show. Me being a rookie he’ll probably want to show them all.”
