The Houston Texans and Washington Redskins both had disappointing seasons in 2013 after strong runs in 2012. They’re both trying to get the 2014 campaign off to a better start, but the game is off to a slow start.
Neither team has scored and they have combined for 140 yards roughly about midway through the second corner. Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III was playing the previous season with an injured knee, but is fully healthy heading into this season.
Unfortunately for Griffin his offensive line didn’t give him much help on this play. The Redskins let the pocket collapse and the only way out for Griffin was to back pedal. He tried to get to the side line to turn up field but ended up getting sacked for a nearly 16-yard loss.
