Having wrapped up the BMW Championship at Cherry Hills Country Clubs in Cherry Hills Village, CO, the top-ranked golfer in the world decided to make the short journey to Sports Authority Field in Denver to watch the Denver Broncos take on the Indianapolis Colts.
Seen in a luxury box on his phone just like any other 25-year-old, Rory McIlroy is chilling at the game on Sunday night.
OK, so maybe he just has the “on his phone” part in common with other people his age, and not so much the “in a luxury box” part.

This is not the first time that the Broncos have found themselves hosting a world famous golfer at a home game. Tiger Woods has been in attendance before with his girlfriend Lindsey Vonn and her strong Colorado ties, though Woods was on the sidelines before the game as well. It’s a tough life these guys lead, you know?
There is still lots of big golf tournaments in front of McIlroy this year. After a solid -8 finish at the BMW, he took a well-deserved break on Sunday to watch some football.
