St. Louis Rams QB Shaun Hill leaves game vs. Vikings due to injury
By Josh Hill
The St. Louis Rams thought that Sam Bradford was going to be their quarterback coming into the season, but that all changed when he took a page out of Derrick Rose’s book and tore his ACL for a second time in less than a year. That put the pressure on Shaun Hill to start and it appears that St. Louis was behind him.

That is no longer the case.
After just a single half of work, the St. Louis Rams have switched quarterbacks and given Shaun Hill a break in favor of Austin Davis. While it initially seemed like Hill was being benched after a poor first half, it was later reported that Hill was taken out of the game due to a calf injury.
No matter if he was benched or if it was an injury, Hill leaving the game is significant in that the Rams apparently can’t keep a quarterback on the field. The injury makes it worse, as it appears St. Louis can’t keep a healthy quarterback on the field.
