Detroit Pistons Rumors: Eric Bledsoe to receiver offer sheet?
By Josh Hill
The Phoenix Suns are in a bit of a contractual standoff with Eric Bledsoe at the moment as the point guard wants a max contract and the Suns don’t believe that’s what he’s worth.

But with the deadline for a qualifying offer to me agreed to nearing, there are rumblings that Bledsoe may still be on the move to another team in the 2014-15 season.
NBA scribe Chuck Myron opines that one team who could give Bledsoe an offer are the Detroit Pistons, who have cap space to spare and just got restricted free agent Greg Monroe to sign his qualifying offer.
"His offer from the Suns isn’t as lucrative as what the Pistons were willing to give Monroe, however, so the sacrifice might be about the same in terms of money for this season. I wonder if the Pistons, who have a ton of cap space now, might float an offer Bledsoe’s way. They don’t have enough to give him the max, but they can come pretty close."
It’s hard to say what will happen with Bledsoe but the Pistons making a run at him makes some sense, even if it’s just an opinion and nothing more at this time.
