Shortstop Jimmy Rollins of the Philadelphia Phillies left Monday’s game against the Pittsburgh Pirates in the fourth inning with what is being reported as a strained left hamstring.
Jim Salisbury of Comcast Sports Net Philadelphia reported the injury:

Rollins was hurt while legging out a triple in the fourth inning. If the injury is more than a day-to-day thing, the Phillies could still keep the 35-year-old active since rosters have expanded to 40 players this month.

Rollins is hitting .243/.323/.390 this season. In 137 games, Rollins has 77 runs, 22 doubles, 17 home runs, 55 RBI and 28 stolen bases. He became the Phillies’ all-time hits leader earlier this year and now has 2,306 after Monday’s triple.
The 2007 National League MVP and three-time All-Star will make $11 million in 2015 after qualifying for a vesting option based on him making at least 1,100 plate appearances in 2013-14. He has 1,275 through Monday’s game.
Rollins is one of four Phillies age 34 or older with at least 550 plate appearances this season, joining the 2008 New York Yankees as the only teams since 1901 to accomplish that dubious feat—dubious, since neither team made the postseason.
Rollins was a second-round pick of the Phillies in 1996 out of Encinal High School in Alameda, Calif., and made his big league debut in September 2000.
