Week 2 in the NFL is always a fun one as teams and players look to either bounce back from a rough start or continue their momentum from a solid performance in week 1. It’s also an important week for fantasy owners who are still figuring out exactly what they have on their roster.

With quarterbacks, there usually isn’t much turnover and virtually no timesharing, so for the most part we get the same 32 QB’s each week.  By the end of the fantasy football season, we have a pretty good idea who is capable of what in their offensive system, but at this point in the season much of that is still being worked through and figured out.  Some QB’s were just in bad matchups week one or are still learning new systems, while other are truly on the decline and can be passed over for better options if they are available.

As a general rule, it’s best to stick with your stars for another week or two before pulling the plug, but it is also important to make sure you have your best lineup in place to avoid a tough 0-2 start. To help you with all your lineup choices, check out the week 2 starting rankings at QB, WR, and D/ST which you can find on our fantasy football page or in the inset box above.
