By Josh Hill
The Milwaukee Bucks Have a young team that might actually be respectable this upcoming season but it’s looking like they’ll need to hang onto some of their more valuable pieces in order to make sure growth happens.

One of those pieces is center Larry Sanders, and despite trade rumors it appears the team is standing by him this offseason.
Bucks assistant general manager David Morway noted that Sanders is part of the team’s long term plans, which means all the trade rumors about him are pretty much bunk.
"Larry is in our future plans. We are hopeful that this year Larry gets back to being the basketball player that he was two years ago. He is a defensive presence and a game changer on the court. So when you have his length along with Giannis, Jabari Parker, John Henson and then Zaza Pachulia, Damien Inglis, who is very long, and if you play Khris Middleton at the two… We are a fairly long team."
Sanders is an important part of the Bucks future and the team was wise to hold off on trade offers for him last year. that might not hold up all year but it’s looking like the team might just have something special in Sanders with the lineup they’ve assembled.
