Once again on Friday night Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White got himself behind a keyboard, logged onto his twitter account and went on to get himself into a bit of hot water. This time, it was all over some insensitive comments that he made regarding the recent saga of Vikings running back Adrian Peterson being indicted on child abuse charges.

In case you missed the start of all this, here is a screen shot of the tweet White sent out on Friday that understandably got everyone in an uproar.

Well of course a lot of the media outlets picked up on this, such as we did, because people deserve to know when a high-profile member of the National Football League decides to go out and publicly make themselves look inept.

Apparently that didn’t sit well with White, who lashed out at Mike Florio and Pro Football Talk for their rather witty, yet true, headline they posted on social media.

Well, PFT wasn’t wrong in this one, because when you read the original tweet, it certainly comes across that way.

This will hopefully be the final reminder to White to stop going on social media and making remarks that are going to get him in the headlines for all of the wrong reasons.
