It should clear the way for players with amphetamine suspensions, like Denver Broncos wide receiver Wes Welker, Dallas Cowboys defensive lineman Orlando Scandrick and Miami Dolphins defensive lineman Dion Jordan to return.
If finalized by Sunday #Cowboys CB Orlando Scandrick & #Broncos WR Wes Welker could be immediately reinstated & available to play this week.

As for Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon, his suspension won’t go away entirely, but it should be reduced considerably.
Multiple reports say the new drug policy just passed among the #NFL's player reps. Paves the way for Josh Gordon's 10-game instead of 16
