The NFL and the NFLPA have not completely agreed to a new drug policy, unlike what was reported earlier on Friday afternoon. Earlier reports stated that the two sides had come to an agreement on the new drug policy which would reinstate the likes of Wes Welker and Orlando Scandrick but the deal isn’t closed yet.
