Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White once again found himself making a very bad decision on twitter Friday night. On the day where news broke that Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson was indicted on child abuse charges, White took to his account and expressed his displeasure that his fantasy football team was doomed because Peterson had been deactivated.
He deleted the tweet about 20 minutes after the fact, but if you missed it, here is a shot of the insensitive remarks.

As stated earlier, White deleted the tweet, and he has since went back on his account and apologized.
I should not have made light of a very serious situation. I understand the strong feelings about this issue and i shouldn't have said that

Nonetheless, this is a pattern here with White, who seems to just have an obsession with getting himself in trouble with the use of a keyboard.

He needs to firmly understand just how much of a presence that he is in the public light, and start using the head on his shoulders before he types anything on social media.
But unfortunately, the insensitivity in this matter doesn’t stop with White. It’s been prevalent all day on the internet, showing once again just what type of world that we live in.
