Among the highlights this week: Ray Rice was suspended indefinitely and had his contract voided, the NFLPA passed new drug standards meaning Wes Welker is now eligible to play this week, and Adrian Peterson found himself in some legal trouble which could spell trouble for him, the Vikings, and most importantly, his fantasy football owners.
Hopefully you all were able to pick up that crucial week 1 victory and also you were not the unfortunate owners of either Ray Rice or Adrian Peterson. Week 2 is upon us so it is time once again to figure out who you should start and who you should sit.

Quarterbacks:
Start:
Andy Dalton: Atlanta’s Defense found itself in a shootout last week with New Orleans. It could be same story, different team this week as Andy Dalton and AJ Green will host the Falcons. Dalton proved last year he could put up big fantasy numbers given the right matchup. There might be no better match up for him than this week. Get him in your lineups.
Sit:
Jay Cutler: A Bad matchup at San Francisco, injuries to both Alshon Jeffery and Brandon Marshall, and a thin offensive line have me scared for Jay Cutler on Sunday Night Football. Think long and hard before plugging Cutler into your lineup.
Sleeper:
Jake Locker: If you are looking for the surprise quarterback of 2014, look no further than Jake Locker. Locker surprisingly found success against the Chiefs last week. Locker will look to build off this strong performance as he takes on the Cowboys. If you are in need of a quarterback this week, Locker could be your guy.

Running Backs:
Start:
Chris Johnson: Sometimes all it takes is a change of scenery to rejuvenate a career. Chris Johnson might be experiencing just that. Yes, Chris Ivory got more of the carries, (I like him this week as well) but Johnson will be the receiving back in this tandem. This gives Johnson more upside over Ivory. This week against the BJ Raji-less Packers both Ivory and Johnson could be worth a start.
Sit:
Rashad Jennings: Speaking of a change of scenery, Jennings also had success in a new uniform in week 1. This week however, he faces the stingy Cardinals defense. Jennings could find himself struggling this week. Use caution before including him in your lineup
Sleeper:
Matt Asiata: Sometimes you do not have to be the prettiest girl in the beauty contest, you just have to be the only one. That is the situation Asiata finds himself in after the Vikings deactivated Adrian Peterson. Asiata will probably get this week as an audition for the starting role, which makes him worth a shot if you are desperate for a running back.

Wide Receivers:
Start:
DeAndre Hopkins: Hopkins saw ¼ of the targets last week from Ryan Fitzpatrick. Expect Fitzpatrick to air it out a bit more against the Raiders this week. Hopkins should be a solid WR2 play as he looks to build off an impressive week 1 performance
Sit:
Kelvin Benjamin: Rookie wide receivers tend to struggle in the transition to the NFL was the old belief. Benjamin disproved that last week as he had over 90 yards receiving and caught a touchdown. The reason I have him as a sit this week is because that impressive performance was with Derek Anderson under center. Cam Newton returns in week 2, and there is a chance Newton has a different favorite target. If Newton and Benjamin find a connection however, Benjamin could be in for a big year. I just wouldn’t take the gamble if you have a better option this week.
Sleeper:
Brandin Cooks: Speaking of rookie receivers, Cooks had his fair share of success in week one. You know Drew Brees loves to throw the ball, so there is always a chance for Cooks to succeed. Cooks is definitely another player to watch out for going forward.

Tight Ends:
Tyler Eifert suffered a week 1 injury, and Jermaine Gresham could find himself becoming a viable fantasy option. Facing the Falcons this week, who struggle to cover the tight end position, it is a possibility Gresham could be a nice pick up and play this week for fantasy owners

Defenses:
Miami Dolphins, the Dolphins are coming off a stellar second half performance when they SHUT OUT Tom Brady and the Patriots in the second half. This week they will face the Buffalo Bills, which have had their fair share of struggles on offense. The Dolphins D could be in for another nice week and could reward fantasy owners.
Those are my picks for this week. Hopefully I can help deliver as well as i did last week .
As always best of luck to you and your team this week. Remember go with your gut and stick with it. Send me your Fantasy questions on Twitter to @Marky_Mark2018 . Good Luck!
