Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman is arguably the best in the game, though he would say he is absolutely the best in the game. In the season opener it appeared as if the offense completely avoided Sherman.

Against the San Diego Chargers on Sunday, they went at Sherman. He is after all, just a man, even if he is the best at his position.

Second-year player Keenan Allen was lined up with Sherman on him and faked to the outside, then cut into the left on a slant route. Sherman bit on the first fake and was left scrambling to try to keep up with Allen.

Allen had the ball thrown at him and made the reception with Sherman nowhere near him. Maybe Sherman is just rusty from quarterbacks never throwing to him, or maybe he got caught day dreaming cause balls rarely come his way.
