World Cup Final: United States vs. Serbia
The World Cup Final is Sunday afternoon in Madrid and of the three teams that analysts thought would be here, only one is still standing.

The United States was projected as being in the World Cup Final but both Spain and France have since been knocked out of the tournament and out of World Cup contention. It was France that knocked out Spain earlier in week but Serbia turned around and gave France a taste of its own medicine.
Serbia now sits as the most unlikely team of the tournament to land in the World Cup Final but don’t count the Serbs out. They dismantled France in the semifinals and while Team USA reads like an All-Star reserve team, the few NBA players on Serbia’s team have been shining in big ways this year.
