The Broncos have played a little bit less than five quarters of regular season football thus far between their victory over the Indianapolis Colts last week and the start of their game against the Kansas City Chiefs in week 2.
In that amount of time, Thomas already has four receiving touchdowns. That kind of production is no joke. Here is his fourth touchdown, which came on Denver’s opening drive against the Chiefs on Sunday.
The Broncos are able to create match-up problems is a number of ways on offense. Chief among them is the way that they dispatch Thomas at tight end. That obviously has worked well so far in 2014, with Denver’s star tight end off to an incredible hot start.
