The Cleveland Browns had a rough start to their season against the Pittsburgh Steelers but their season is starting to turn around a little bit in Week 2. While the New Orleans Saints can’t be counted down and out for long, the Browns are playing the team a lot harder than anyone expected.

More from NFL

Someone who is down and out — at least for the moment — is rookie cornerback Justin Gilbert, who took a knee to his head while making a tackle on Saints tight end Jimmy Graham.

It didn’t look that bad in real time, but head injuries and the nFL are forever synonymous with one another.

Gilbert’s return to the game is questionable at this point.

Gilbert’s injury is just one of a slew of injuries suffered by big players on Sunday as the Washington Redskins lost both Robert Griffin III and DeSean Jackson while the Miami Dolphins lost Knowshown Moreno to an elbow injury as well.
