The Carolina Panthers are taking on the Detroit Lions on Sunday. It is a pretty close game, with the Panthers leading by six points midway through the first quarter.

Driving down the field, Panthers quarterback Cam Newton threw a pass towards the sideline that looked out of reach for the intended wide receiver, Kelvin Benjamin. It was by all means a bad pass, behind Benjamin and seemingly out of reach.

Some how Benjamin contorts his body in mid-air to reach up and behind him to get a hand on the ball. Benjamin then brings the ball in and controls it as he goes down to the ground. The Panthers ran a quick play afterwards to prevent the Lions from challenging the call, but replays showed he was in bounds.

Twitter was impressed.
