Christian ready to make regular WWE return soon?

WWE has been known to keep good hands around, you know, guys that work well in helping bring through up-and-coming talent. Well, one of the best at this position at the moment is Christian, who has not been seen on WWE television on a regular basis for quite some time.

Well, that could be changing soon.

As has been already announced, Christian will be holding a special edition of the ‘Peep Show’ this Sunday night during the Night of Champions Kickoff Show. And according to a report from PWMania, this could actually be a way to re-introduce Christian into a regular storyline in some capacity.

"As PWMania.com reported, Christian will host a Peep Show segment with Chris Jericho on the WWE Night of Champions Kickoff pre-show this Sunday. Christian has been cleared to wrestle for some time but WWE hasn’t had anything for him to do. Sunday could be a way to reintroduce him to the storylines."

Having Christian involved in any kind of feud is always a good idea, given the fact that he’s reliable enough to carry a feud with just about anyone. The only problem, obviously, is his health.

In recent years, Christian, despite some of the best work of his singles career, has been unable to stay off the injury shelf. Whether it’s right in the middle of a good feud or right as they’re getting ready to start another one, he always seems to tweak something, causing him to miss some time.

Because of this, WWE officials are said to be a little hesitant in putting him into anything significant, however it seems as if they’re having a change of heart in that department.

Now the question turns to who will Christian be inserted into a program with? The show is with Jericho, and while Y2J won’t be sticking around any longer after Sunday, it’ll be interesting to see how he aids in the process of getting Christian back into the swing of things.
