What’s up everybody? We’re back with Trivia Tuesday for week three and from this point on we’ll be coming to you live from Friendly Bounce, the newest HP Basketball Network site.
Last time I got some feedback that the embedded quizzes weren’t working right for everyone so I’ve still embedded the quizzes but I’ve also added the link as well so you can open it in another window if need be.
Okay, so our first quiz this week is trying to name the top vote getters in the MVP race from 2000-2009. The first few years going back I just cruised, it was so easy. But about 2002 I started to get tripped up on the end of the list guys. Maybe this will be easy for you if you weren’t 9 in 2002 like I was, but if you are my age it will be tricky. Anyways I still got 145/153. Good luck beating that score you nerds… Also, the 2000 vote: Darrell Armstrong? Was he actually good? (Just go away Magic fans I don’t really care.)

Next up we have the challenge of naming the best selling jerseys for each franchise during the 2011-2012 season. Pro tip: don’t spend too much time trying to figure out who the Raptors or Pistons representative was because you’re never going to get it and you’ll run out of time like I did. I only got 18/30 but I missed some obvious ones like Kobe for the Lakers because I didn’t realize you only get three minutes for this game.

Can you name the NBA’s all-time career turnovers leaders? Maybe. I mean I got 20/30 and missed some obvious names so I would say there’s a reasonable chance. Well, except for number ten on the list you’ll never get number ten. Really a spot on this list is just a longevity award. Play a lot of minutes for a lot of years and you’ll eventually pile up turnovers even if you aren’t a point guard.
