There are days and moments that for whatever reason we remember with vivid clarity when looking back on them months, even years later. Sometimes the reasons make no sense, but often we recall these days because something of great importance took place and was ingrained in our memories, never to be forgotten.
Though today is only a few hours old, I already know it’s destined to be one of those days. For today is when we lost Steezus. Yes, it is with a heavy heart that I write this for Jordan Crawford has left the NBA for China.
Sure, he wasn’t the best player in the league, but he was damn close, and frankly it makes absolutely no sense why every team in the league passed on signing him. The NBA will be Steez free this year and all because of pure foolishness on the part of every front office. Sometimes, for whatever reason, people are scared of being great. And from the looks of it, all 30 GMs are mortified.
