Tennessee Titans vs Cincinnati Bengals preview, predictions, betting odds, live stream info
Tennessee Titans vs. Cincinnati Bengals
Coming off a dominating win against the Atlanta Falcons–sans A.J. Green, the Cincinnati Bengals, at 2-0, are looking like the best team in the NFL so far. On the opposite side, the Tennessee Titans, after a convincing win over the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 1, dropped the ball against the Dallas Cowboys behind lackluster play from starting quarterback Jake Locker.

Keys to Victory
As it does every week, the Titans chances of emerging from Sunday victorious rely on the arm of Jake Locker. Last week, unlike Week 1, he failed to carry the team against the Cowboys, throwing for one touchdown to 2 interceptions while posting a quarterback rating of 60.2. This is the Jake Locker fans aren’t sure of going forward as the franchise player and rightfully so.
There are little excuses this year. The Titans have a solid running back coupe (Greene, McCluster), a solid offensive line, and a nice, young wide receiver core (Washington, Walker, Wright, Hunter). Now it’s up to him to put things in motion for the rest of the team or 1-2 could be a reality soon.
Unfortunately for the Titans–and Locker–there’s no drop-off in opponent this week.
The Bengals are clicking on all cylinders, but there are some questions about the passing game going into Week 3. Despite a solid effort last week, it’s hard to replace A.J. Green. Specifically speaking, it’s hard to replace what his presence does to defenses. If he’s a go, the floor will be better spread and in turn, create more space for Giovani Bernard to operate against the 24th ranked rushing defense.
Betting Odds
Point Spread: Cincinnati Bengals (-6.5)
Money Line: Tennessee (+235), Cincinnati (-280)
O/U: 43
Prediction
With or without A.J. Green (foot), it’s hard to see both the Tennessee Titans’ offense and defense stifling this team. Last week, the Titans allowed DeMarco Murray to run for 150+ yards–the may occur this week for Bengals running back Giovani Bernard. Once you factor in the Bengals’ dominate defense against the Titans, it’s hard to see a situation where Tennessee exits this game with a win.
Final Score: TEN 13, CIN 30
