Happy Sunday! The NFL season is officially in full swing as the third full Sunday of action approaches, and with that, the world of the point spread once again comes into view. Prior to each of the first two Sundays of the 2014 season, we have brought you the “best bets” staple in this very space, and while the early results haven’t been totally ideal, there is no stopping us with regard to bringing you the latest.

As usual, we will be fading the public on a few games, though for the most part, it came back to bite us in our “losses” from week two. Before we get to the picks, let’s look at where we stand for the season, including last week’s results from what was a topsy-turvy week:
