By Josh Hill
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost starting quarterback Josh McCown early on in their 56-14 blowout loss to the Atlanta Falcons last night but it looked like he’d be coming back soon.

But after initial reports that McCown would return in Week 4 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Alex Marvez from FOX Sports is reporting that the Buccaneers will be without McCown for ‘several weeks’.
This is both good news and bad news for the Buccaneers. What it means is that Mike Glennon is going to be the starter again — and nothing has made Bucs fans more grateful for him than McCown’s first three games.
But Tampa Bay needs to add another quarterback, which will inevitably turn out badly when Glennon suffers thanks to Lovie Smith’s team not working like it should. Glennon should have been the starter to begin with and if he shines then Smith’s first big decision as Bucs head coach to sign and start McCown will be nothing more than a joke.
