NFL commissioner Roger Goodell held a press conference on Friday afternoon to discuss the league’s ongoing domestic violence abuse problem. Well, it did not go as planned.
Roger Goodell didn’t say an actual word about how he would fix the issue — other than saying “we will get it fixed” and “we are working on it” — and that led to even more backlash by the public.
Not only did Goodell get roasted by the media, but the social media world went in on the NFL commissioner as well.

For a guy who said "Ignorance is not an excuse", Roger Goodell is sure using ignorance as an excuse quite a bit.

Can't we just make Adam Silver the commissioner of all professional sports and be done with this whole mess?

Well at least most of my timeline agrees with me...Goodell is completely full of crap and this presser was basically pointless

Still haven't addressed women, @nflcommish. Not the survivors, not the women fanbase, not girlfriends and wives of players, none of them!

So Roger Goodell didn’t produce a single good answer to any question, got owned by TMZ, and crashed by Howard Stern. #MissionAccomplished
