Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said on Friday that McClain would probably be out Sunday against the St. Louis Rams.
“You’ll miss him,” Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said Friday morning on 105.3 The Fan [KRLD-FM]. “I think you could expect him probably not to play, but he won’t tell you that. We’re not for sure when he had this injury. He might have had it early in the game. You listen to him, he wants to play and thinks he might play. But we have him as doubtful, of course.”
Here was McClain’s awesome interception in week 2. Dropping back, McClain was able to pick off a throw from Jake Locker and maintained his concentration throughout, keeping the ball off the field to secure an interception.
Other Cowboys inactives include:
DT Davon Coleman, OLB Justin Durant, T Donald Hawkins, DB Tyler Patmon, DE Anthony Spencer, QB Dustin Vaughan. Notably active for the Cowboys in star wide receiver Dez Bryant who came into the day questionable with a shoulder injury that he’s been nursing. That’s good news for a Dallas Cowboys team who hopes to get an easy win again a struggling St. Louis Rams team.
