First of all, this is not simply because FanSided.com is featured both of these articles. The power ranking was the best out there due to the fact that they placed the Cardinals at number five. Arizona is one of the most underrated teams in the league, and has a legitimate chance to surprise a lot of people in the NFC.

Outside of the Arizona pick, they also rated Indianapolis and Green Bay a bit too high, but both teams have the potential to change that around this week. San Francisco was rated a bit high as well, but they didn’t overrated the Eagles or the Bengals. This ranking is as close to perfect as it can get for this coming week.

It’s likely that a couple of these rankings will end up being wrong, but that is the case with any power ranking. The NFL is an ever-changing league, and that will be the case throughout the entire regular season. That being said,FanSided.com came closer than anyone else to being correct record-wise while also taking into account the teams overall skill.
