Georgia Tech at Virginia Tech(-7.5):MISS! This one looked to be going my way for a while, but no dice.
Iowa at Pittsburgh(-6.5): MISS! Iowa was dominated in every facet of the game, but somehow managed to win on the road.
Eastern Michigan at Michigan State(-45.5) MISS! I underestimated just how terrible the Eagles are. Ladies and gentlemen, we have our cover bait for the year!
Bowling Green at Wisconsin(-26.5): MISS! Wow, Melvin Gordon. Just…….wow!
Old Dominion at Rice(-6.5): HIT! ODU’s offense is pretty darn good. If you happen to have a game on your TV, check it out sometime!
Troy at Georgia(-41.5): HIT! Well, at least the big spread that I did take hit. I guess that’s something…..
Maryland at Syracuse(-2.5): HIT! That Maryland offense is looking very good right now. Good enough to give some teams in the Big Ten(14) East some trouble.
Tulane at Duke(-17.5): HIT! The Rodney Dangerfield’s of odds makers cover again!
Marshall(-9.5) at Akron: HIT! I finally hit one of my locks!
Hawaii at Colorado(-8.5): HIT! Wow, another half went my way! It could be a good week!
Florida at Alabama(-14.5): HIT! Bama pulled away late to keep my streak alive!
Texas A&M(-33.5) at SMU: HIT! Looks like my formula was right…..
North Carolina at East Carolina(-2.5): HIT! The Pirates took the Tarheels behind the woodshed again this year.
Virginia at BYU(-14.5): HIT! Virginia’s late scored kept my streak alive!
Army(-2.5) at Wake Forest: HIT! The Deacons held on at home.
Louisville(-27.5) at Florida International: HIT! The Panthers have had a rough year. It doesn’t get much easier…..

Indiana at Missouri(-13.5):MISS! That Missouri defense looked pretty bad. How did a team that lost to Bowling Green at home beat a ranked team on the road?
Massachusetts at Penn State(-27.5) HIT! Wow, another Big Ten(14) team covered a big line!
San Jose State at Minnesota(-9.5): HIT! Once again, the Gophers have a couple of pretty good backs up there.
Florida Atlantic at Wyoming(-3.5): MISS!The Owls are playing pretty well for Charlie Partridge right now.
Georgia State at Washington(-34.5): HIT! The Panthers would have got covered if they had given up anything in the first half since they gave up 45 in the second half…..
Mississippi State at LSU(-8.5): MISS! The Bulldogs looked really really good in this one. Look out, SEC West!
Northern Illinois at Arkansas(-13.5): HIT! Everything about the Hogs has changed this year, and that’s a good thing.
Utah State at Arkansas State(-1.5): HIT! The Aggies without Keaton are a mess.
Miami(OH) at Cincinnati(-29.5): MISS! The Bearcats nearly lost this!
Middle Tennessee State at Memphis(-12.5): MISS! Memphis keeps looking pretty good. Could they actually win six this year?

UNLV at Houston(-21.5): MISS! I knew that Houston was capable of this, I just wasn’t sure we would see it…..
New Mexico(-3.5) at New Mexico State MISS! I knew I didn’t like that half!!!
Oklahoma(-7.5) at West Virginia: HIT! WVU’s defense looks better than it has been.
Miami(FL) at Nebraska(-7.5): HIT! So much for Miami’s improved run defense…..
Clemson at Florida State(-10.5): HIT! Without Winston, that was way too high. I’m guessing Vegas lost big on this game…..
California at Arizona(-7.5): MISS! Cal had this game won until Arizona erupted in the fourth. The Bears are no longer the Pac 12 doormat. That would be Colorado, and it’s not close this year.
Oregon(-23.5) at Washington State: MISS! The Ducks are lucky they had an official in their pocket…..
San Diego State at Oregon State(-9.5): HIT! The Beaver defense looked good against SDSU’s run game.
Louisiana-Lafayette at Boise State(-17.5): HIT! Ajayi was a monster in this one.
I finished 24-22 this week. A .500 week is welcome at this point, but I still need to do better. MUCH better. I am still at 81-99 on the season!
