Derek Jeter’s final career game at Yankee Stadium was full of special, goosebumps moments for the home crowd.

He came through for a double in his first at-bat. He drove in the go-ahead run. He took the field to chants and a standing ovation in the 9th inning. Finally, he closed out a once-in-a-lifetime night with a walk-off single.
