Welcome Fantasy CPR to Week 4 of the NFL season!

More from Fantasy Football

I would like to apologize to all the Aaron Rodgers and Eddie Lacy owners out there right now. This is definitely not the production you were expecting from the high-powered Packers offense. I ensure you though, do not panic unless you get a great offer for one of them as Eddie Lacy should get things figured out as his schedule gets easier over the next few weeks.

Week 4 also brings with it a nightmare for fantasy owners as some key players (Peyton Manning. AJ Green, Andre Ellington, Marshawn Lynch) are on bye. So how do you go about filling these line up holes? I have your answers here.

Start of the Week: Keenan Allen– Allen has been the definition of disappointment this year so far, but with the Jaguars coming into town, Allen could really reward fantasy owners who have been patient with him so far this year.

Sit of Week: Matt Ryan– It is well documented that Matt Ryan struggles outdoors. No one can put a finger on why this is but at this point it is just an accepted fact. Ryan is outdoors vs Minnesota this week and if you have better options I would suggest looking elsewhere for a quarterback this week.

Quarterbacks Start:  Kirk Cousins– Cousins exploded onto the fantasy radars once again this season filling in for Robert Griffin III.  Cousins faces the Giants, who almost let Ryan Fitzpatrick burn them for 300 yards last week. Coming off a short week there is not much time for the Giants to prepare for Cousins and all the weapons in his arsenal.

Bust Watch: Andrew Luck- Luck is off to a hot start this season and it is going to be tough to consider benching him, but going up against the Titans tough pass defense it might be worth considering because against the Titans last year Luck failed to throw a touchdown.  Plus the Titans are giving up a stingy 170 yards passing per game through 3 games.

Running Backs Start:  Donald Brown– After Danny Woodhead went down with an injury last week, and losing Ryan Matthews the week before, it looks like it is up to Donald Brown to shoulder the running load for the Chargers. With a matchup coming up against the Jaguars, this would be a great week for Brown to show he is capable of doing just that. If you were able to snag Donald Brown off the wavier wire, this would be a great week to plug him into your lineup.

Running Backs Sit: Arian Foster– Foster has seen his fair share of carries over the past few seasons. It seems these carries have finally caught up to his body as he was forced to miss last week with an injured hamstring. Assuming Foster does play, which he insists he will, he most likely will not be 100%. Be cautious this week before starting Foster, who also has a tough matchup with Buffalo to deal with.

Wide Receivers Start:  Kelvin Benjamin– This game could be a high scoring affair, and Benjamin should have plenty of opportunities to continue his hot start to his rookie season. Quarterback Cam Newton seems to have established Benjamin as his number 1 target and he should continue to reward fantasy owners this week.

Wide Receivers Sit: Mike Wallace– Wallace has a history for being a guy who if he does not score a touchdown he will not have much value for your fantasy team. Going up against Oakland with a questionable quarterback could cause some problems for Wallace.

These are my picks for week 4. If you have any lineup dilemmas you need help with feel free to tweet me @Marky_Mark2018. Best of Luck in Week 4!
