Watch Dogs came out earlier this summer, and the game was touted as one of the must have titles on new consoles. While it is now finally launching on the Nintendo Wii U on November 18, a significant amount of content will be missing. Those of you waiting on the Wii U version may want to check out other options.

On the official Watch Dogs Twitter account, it was revealed that none of the DLC will be making its way to the Wii U. While the game has plenty of story without the add on content, it is definitely worth noting as there is a significant amount being left out.
As Watch Dogs is a story player game first and foremost, having the additional content be left out is somewhat disappointing. Also, Ubisoft would stand for a financial gain by offering the DLC, but they likely decided against it with the Nintendo Wii U version being somewhat of an afterthought.
@ToniCodrea No, the WiiU version will not have the DLC.

How about those of you planning on getting Watch Dogs on the Wii U, is this a disappointment? While I did play through Watch Dogs on the Xbox One, I just was not a fan of the game. The hacking element was nice, and the graphics were impressive, but it wasn’t enough to draw you in.
With the next generation visuals being one of the biggest draws, the Nintendo Wii U is already behind, and the missing DLC isn’t a good thing.
