A pretty big rule change could be coming to the NFL in 2015. According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, a rule change that would allow personal foul penalties to be reviewable is on the spring agenda.
The Washington Redskins had previously tired to get this rule to pass but came up four votes shy. Rapoport is reporting that they now have enough votes to pass the measure, meaning the spring agenda is just a formality to discuss the rule, which is expected to pass.
For the 1st time ever, @NFL is on the verge of having personal foul penalties reviewable for 2015, I’m told. It’s on the agenda for spring

Last year, #Redskins proposed expanding replays to personal foul penalties. Came up 4 votes short. I’m told they now have the votes to pass
