Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Mike Evans hauls in a 40-yard catch (Video)
Looking to find a compliment to Vincent Jackson after trading away the troubled but talented Mike Williams, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers used the seventh-overall pick of the first round on former Texas A&M Aggies’ wide receiver Mike Evans.

Evans got off to a bit of a slow start. He entered Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers with just 13 catches for 138 yards and no touchdowns.
He changed that on the Bucs’ second play from scrimmage Sunday when Mike Glennon found him for a seven-yard touchdown pass to make it 7-0 Bucs.
The Steelers took control and led 17-10 at the half. The Bucs, however, answered on their opening drive of the second half. They march 80 yards, capped by a three-yard touchdown run by Doug Martin. To set up that touchdown, Glennon found Evans for a huge 40-yard gain on the sideline.
