The Golden State Warriors are set to start building a new San Francisco stadium soon, but the changes to the team’s look and feel are already happening. Firing Mark Jackson last season and replacing him with Steve Kerr was one way to change things up but the Dubs are getting a little more visual with the changes.

Many will remember that the Warriors were the team that introduced us to the disgusting sleeved jerseys we deal with on a daily basis now, and they’re changing up their uniform game once again.
As Phil Hecken points out, the Warriors are changing up their jersey style once again by adding a ‘slate’ alternate jersey to their rotation.
As expected, not many fans were applauding the new design for the Warriors jersey. Just like the new Tampa Bay Buccaneers jerseys were dubbed ‘alarm clock’ jerseys, the new Warriors uniforms are now ‘trash bag’ uniforms.
The jerseys are what you’d call ‘uninspired’ as the stale color palette isn’t really all that impressive. The Warriors won’t be wearing these new uniforms every night, but the team will be wearing them some nights — which already seems like too many nights.
