According to Steve Kyler from Basketball Insiders, the Knicks aren’t expected to make any moves before the season begins next month.
.@franknutt: do you see the Knicks making any moves during camp ? ---> Unlikely. See what you have first. Change is not always good.

This makes a lot of sense as fans wanting the Knicks to make moves clearly haven’t been watching this offseason unfold. Carmelo Anthony was re-signed, Tyson Chandler was traded, Cleanthony Early was drafted and there has been endless rumors about trading Iman Shumpert and Amare stoudemire.
But hte Knicks need to see what htey have first before they go off trading everyone, which is why while we won’t see any deals soon we may see one or two in the middle of the season.
