Same Old Raiders

Nothing is new with the Oakland Raiders organization. The team has a weak structure from top to bottom and another coach is taking the blame. The Silver and Black have fired head coach Dennis Allen.

Allen was in the midst of his third season on the job with Oakland falling to 0-4 getting crushed by the Fins in London. In his first two seasons he finished 4-12 with the Raiders coming off two consecutive 8-8 seasons. The two coaches that went .500, Hue Jackson and Tom Cable, were both fired too.

The Raiders team over Allen’s three seasons have been a mess ran by general manager Reggie McKenzie. How Allen would do in a better situation is unknown.
