On Sunday, the Denver Broncos are set to play host to the Arizona Cardinals.

If you remember, it was Bruce Arians who was once a member of the Indianapolis Colts organization. Peyton Manning set many records there, and he is sitting next to a new milestone on Sunday.
As the Bruce Arians led Cardinals travel to Mile High Stadium, Peyton Manning sits just one touchdown pass away from his 500th of his career. While the milestone is significant, Peyton likely has his eyes set on nine more touchdown passes, as that would tie him with Brett Favre.
Arians wanted to let Peyton know that the Cardinals will give him at least one:
Arians says he'll give Manning one TD on Sunday to hit 500, but not nine to tie Favre: "If he gets nine, I'm not getting on the plane."

If I were a betting man, I would suggest the number of touchdowns Peyton throws on Sunday is somewhere in the middle. While it won’t be nine, the Cardinals are kidding themselves if they think they will “give” Peyton one.
Arizona has a respectable enough defense, but this is the Denver Broncos, and the game is at home. Peyton will have no trouble picking apart the birds en route to a nice Broncos’ sized victory.
I would guess it will be another two weeks however before Peyton ties Brett Favre.
