Phoneix Suns Rumors: No roster spot is guarunteed
By Josh Hill
The Phoenix Suns are trying to get into the playoffs this year after narrowly missing the postseason a year ago. It was a solid offseaos of building for the team, and that means position battles will be a dime a dozen in Phoenix this month.

According to NBA.com, there are no promised roles on the Suns roster as Hornacek isn’t handing out roles on his team.
"“It’s the same thing. No spots are guaranteed,” he said. “If somebody came back from the summer and is a better player, they could take your spot.”"
New guard Isaiah Thomas notes that this is the most talented team he’s ever played on.
"“I’ve never been on a team with this many talented guards,” Thomas said."
The Suns are a hot team right now, and Hornacek needs to be careful how he handles things. He has a logjam at point guard, and needs to sort out the rest of the roster before the season starts.
