Teddy Bridgewater listed as questionable for Vikings
The Minnesota Vikings are set to take on the Green Bay Packers tomorrow night on Thursday Night Football. Playing on a short week at Lambeau Field, the Vikings will have their work cut out for them. However, if Teddy Bridgewater doesn’t play, they may be done before they start.
Bridgewater turned his ankle is Sunday’s 41-28 victory over the Atlanta Falcons. He had an X-rays and an MRI performed, and no structural damage was found. Despite sounding likely to start earlier this week, Bridgewater has officially been listed as questionable for Thursday night’s game.

With a sprained ankle, Bridgewater will likely be somewhat limited with his mobility even if he plays. Questionable is a good situation for him to be in however, rather than having been ruled out already. Should Bridgewater not be able to go, the Vikings would give the ball to Christian Ponder.
I still believe Teddy Bridgewater will be under center for the Vikings on Sunday. The Packers have plenty of issues on defense on their own, so they likely aren’t getting too caught up in the question as to who starts for Minnesota. The short week makes things tougher, but it looked as if Teddy could have re-entered the game Sunday had the situation dictated as such.
The Vikings, as Master Tesfatsion notes, will be without Chad Greenway again this week.
