Green Bay Packers fans were interviewed by a local news station before the team’s game Thursday night, but things went south in a hurry.
The Green Bay Packers took on the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday night in the latest installment in their division rivalry. It was a joyous occasion for the Packers from wire to wire, with Packers’ fans enjoying the occasion to party through the night as Aaron Rodgers and company absolutely blasted the Vikings by a final score of 42-10.

It’s not as if Packers fans need an excuse to party, though. Sure, they are happy to celebrate a blowout victory by their team, but even if Green Bay had lost there would have been plenty of parties. Perhaps there is no better illustration of that fact than this attempted interview with a fan on a local news station before Thursday’s game.
Reporting from the scene and surrounded by Packers’ fans, a reporter for WEAU tried to capture the excitement of the moment. He did so by pulling aside a fan for a quick interview about travelling to see the game and what this rivalry means.
This fan was clearly into his cups and not fit for live television, though apparently that was clear to everybody but this poor anchor. One quick F-bomb later, and the interview was over as quickly as it started.

Really though, this is the voice of the fan. “Oh my gosh, this f*cking rivalry…” In so many cases, that pretty much sums it up, right?
