30. Philadelphia 76ers- 15.5 wins

2013-14 Record: 19-63

Well… I’m trying to find something positive to say about the 76ers…

Why you should take the Over:

Oh, I really like Nerlens Noel, and I think he’s going to be a really good NBA player eventually. Unfortunately—or fortunately, depending on how you look at it—Noel isn’t going to be that player in his rookie season. Michael Carter-Williams will likely be improved from last season, but that’s about all Philadelphia has going for them.

Why you should take the Under:

No Thad Young. No Joel Embiid, at least that’s what has been reported. It’s going to be another long season, and this team could legitimately break the losing streak record set by last year’s team at 27 losses in a row.

I’ll take the under on the 76ers; there’s no way they win more than 15 games. The 76ers could flirt with the 2012 Bobcats’ 7-59 record, and that was in the shortened season. These 76ers could lose 70-plus games.
