Kansas City Chiefs fans love to troll the Denver Broncos, which means the possibility of signing Matt Prater could kill two birds with one troll.
In a surprise move on Friday, the Denver Broncos cut Pro Bowl kicker Matt Prater following his DUI suspension earlier this year. Prater was eligible to come back this week and was expected to return to the team for Week 6 but was cut before the Broncos needed to pay up a 7th round pick to the New York Giants.

The Broncos elected to keep Brandon McManus at a much cheaper rate than Prater, but the kicker’s release has opened up an opportunity for a mega-troll by one of their rivals.
According to Kansas City Star reporter Terez A. Paylor, Matt Prater is a name the Kansas City Chiefs may keep an eye on after his release from the Denver Broncos this week.
"With a bad game Sunday [by starter Cairo Santos], maybe. But he probably bought himself some time with his strong performance on Monday night."
Santos has been alright this season for the Chiefs as he beat out long-time starter Ryan Succop for the starting gig. But signing Prater could be a solid move by Kansas City, as it would not only give them the best statistical kicker from 2013, but it would give them one of the Broncos best player.
Of course, his off-field issues come into play here, but Prater is a stud kicker and the Chiefs could not only improve their special teams but troll the Broncos hard with the signing.
