Davis Webb gets Texas Tech on the board
There were a lot of people that expected more out of the Texas Tech Red Raiders this year than they’ve shown, but just six weeks into the season, there is still a lot of time left. On Saturday, they have a chance to make a statement against the Kansas State Wildcats, and QB Davis Webb is doing his best to keep his team in this one early.

Things in this one did not get off to the best start, with Texas Tech falling behind 17-0 early. But, it didn’t take all that long for Webb to get the Red Raiders on the board after that.
With time winding down in the second quarter, watch in the video below as Webb fires off a 22-yard touchdown pass to Jakeen Grant to get them on the board for the first time.
That’s all Texas Tech needs is to get this offense in a rhythm and they’ll be right back in it. Getting on the board right before the half is a good way to go about making the comeback.
