Alabama fan gets clotheslined by Oxford PD

Saturday was a rough day for a lot of college football fan bases, especially those of some of the top teams in the nation. But, you have to imagine that Alabama fans took the loss a lot worse than some of the others. The Tide were defeated on the road by Ole Miss, 23-17, so being in the loss column this early in the season can’t be setting well with them.

Now what we also know from years of experience is that Alabama fans sometimes act a bit irrationally when things don’t go their way. Shocking, I know, considering this is the school that can claim a man that poisoned trees when he was so upset after a loss.

To that point, sometimes Alabama fans just pick the wrong times and the wrong places to show their anger, and that’s what happened on Saturday.

Watch in the video below as one perturbed Bammer was so enraged that his team lost to Ole Miss that he decided he was going to litter the field with trash.

What this man did not know, however, was that police in Oxford don’t take kindly to litterers. As a matter of fact, they hate them so much that they go full on WWE, executing the greatest clothesline that you will ever see.

Take a minute to stop laughing. Go ahead, it’s okay, seeing as I somehow have found a way to type this while cackling.

But in all seriousness, this was great just for the fact that it seems as if the cop knew that this man was going to throw the trash and he was just waiting for his moment to pounce. When the time was right, he swooped right in and got him some, and rightfully so.

Lesson here: Alabama fans need to pick better ways and better places to deal with their anger. There are classes for this.
