The Denver Broncos and Arizona Cardinals are squaring off in a huge inter-conference game Sunday. Both teams come off of bye weeks, but the 2-1 Broncos are favored over the undefeated Cardinals at Sports Authority Field Sunday. Peyton Manning and the high powered Broncos offense will try to overtake Patrick Peterson and a skilled Cardinals defense.

The Arizona Cardinals were optimistic about a possible Carson Palmer return for Sunday’s game, but he suffered a set back with his shoulder injury earlier in the week and Drew Stanton will get the start.
The Cardinals shouldn’t fear. In a big week three win over the San Fransisco 49ers, Stanton started for the Cards and threw 18-f0r-33 with 244 yards and two touchdowns lifting them over the 49ers 23-14.
Notably active for the Denver Broncos includes linebacker Danny Trevathan, who has been sidelined this season with a tibia fracture that he suffered in August. Trevathan led the team in tackles in 2013, and will be a key addition for an improving Broncos defense.
