Jim Harbaugh has been under pressure in San Francisco, and just about every report that comes out about him is spun in a way that makes him look bad.
As the season goes on, it seems more unlikely that Jim Harbaugh retains his positions as head coach of the San Francisco 49ers following the summer of 2015.

The reasons? They’ve varied depending on the source. According to some, the relationship between Harbaugh and the 49ers front office has waned over the years. According to others, the same has occurred between Harbaugh and his players.
Randy Moss, former player turned analyst (and a former 49er, expounded on the latter thought, stating that Harbaugh’s ways with the players don’t work well because he treats adult men as if they’re still college kids).

While Moss hasn’t shown to be the most coachable player throughout his NFL career, his statement falls in line with others that have been reported in regards to Harbaugh’s coaching and the 49ers.
In early March, its was reported by the San Francisco Chronicle that Harbaugh’s act had worn thin with players. To be specific, the act had worn thin with ‘key faces of the franchise’ — the post didn’t expound on who those players were.
If all of the above is true and both the front office and players are growing to like Harbaugh less and less as each day passes, there could be a pretty opening at head coach come the end of the season.
Of course, a Super Bowl win could likely push things back a bit — San Francisco has been in position to win it all for the last three years — but as a head coach, that’s not something you want to bet on.
