Report: Jim Harbaugh will not return to 49ers in 2015
By Josh Sanchez
Jim Harbaugh is reportedly coaching his final games for the San Francisco 49ers and he will not return in 2015.
According to a report from Jay Glazer of FOX Sports on Sunday morning’s NFL pre-game show, San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh will not be returning to the team in 2015 even if he is able to win a Super Bowl.

Glazer says that Harbaugh’s act with the 49ers has “worn thin” and he “doesn’t see any way” Harbaugh will return next year.
There have been plenty of reports about dysfunction at the top of the 49ers organization in recent months, but this is the most significant report to date regarding Jim Harbaugh and his future with the team.
Glazer is one of the most dialed in reporters in the NFL, so if he is confident enough to pass along the information it seems like he must have heard something to convince him Harbaugh is done.
Jim Harbaugh has also been linked to the Michigan Wolverines’ head coaching job which is expected to open up at the end of the college football season at the latest, so we will have to see whether Harbaugh ends up taking that gig should he end up leaving San Francisco like many seem to be will be the case.
