Fifa 15 Ultimate Team: web app returns

FIFA 15 has brought their Ultimate Team web app back

Fifa 15 Ultimate Team players will be pleased to here that trading on the Web App has returned for Xbox players, disproving rumors that similar action was going to be taken to stop trading on the PlayStation Web App.

The Webb App is an in-browser companion app for FUT 15, allowing users to trade from their computer rather than booting up their console.

The removal of trading on the Web App for the past few weeks saw a significant decrease in number of items on the transfer market. It’s return could well see a small decline in prices, especially for consumables, as people are able to list their items more easily. The Web App is also a tool that can be used to help players trade and make coins via the market because it is easier to have another tab open to check prices and player stats.

However, as with many of EA’s tweets related to FUT 15, not everyone was pleased with the decision. Stopping trading on the Web App went a long way to countering Auto-Buyers and other illegal methods of gaining a huge amount of coins:

Hopefully EA have a strategy in place to prevent these Auto-Buyers ruining the market and making high-end player prices to expensive for the majority of Fifa players.
