The Florida State Seminoles could be without their leading rusher as Karlos Williams is not expected to play vs the Syracuse Orange with a sprained ankle and could be without leading receiver, Rashad Greene, as well who is recovering from a concussion.

Greene left the 43-3 win against the Wake Forest Demon Deacons on Saturday after taking a hit that left him dizzy late in the second quarter and caused the senior receiver to vomit at halftime.
Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher is hopeful Greene will be able to suit up for the ACC game against Syracuse based on the progress Greene has made in the last two days.
“His response [Monday] was really good, no lingering effects, but he still has to go through a protocol,” Fisher said. “… But those things, one day they’re real good and the effects will come later. Every person is different and every [concussion] is different.”
Concussions are a tricky injury to come back from and there is no concrete timeline to work with as opposed to a sprained ankle or a broken leg, but it sounds as if Greene has a good chance to play on Saturday if he continues to make this type of progress the remainder of the week.
Greene has 38 receptions for 576 yards and three touchdowns this season as one of the top wide receivers in the nation. He has three games this season with at least nine catches and 125 yards, including 203 in the Week 1 win against the Oklahoma State Cowboys, but was limited to three catches for 33 yards after the concussion.
He is four catches shy of breaking the program’s all-time receptions leader.
