According to a report, the Cleveland Cavaliers will have to change their court.

There is a lot of excitement surrounding the Cleveland Cavaliers.

More from Cleveland Cavaliers

The Cleveland Cavaliers convinced LeBron James to re-join the team in the offseason and then traded for Minnesota Timberwolves’ star Kevin Love. The Cleveland Cavaliers will add them to all-star Kyrie Irving to form their own big three.

With that change came change to the Cleveland Cavaliers’ jerseys and their home court, the Quicken Loans Arena.

The Cleveland Cavaliers designed a new court that featured the Cleveland skyline. It received mixed reviews from the general public but the city of Cleveland was certainly in favor of the change.

According to a source of Believeland Insider, the new court must be changed.

"Got a text this morning from my source, telling me about his time at Quicken Loans arena and that he had unfortunate news as well!  First off he had the opportunity to see the new scoreboard screen and it is massive!  The Full screen goes from free throw line to free throw line! However, the bad news is that the Cavs have to change their new court!  The NBA has warned Cleveland that it’s because of the skyline and Cleveland on the floor.  They just can’t have that.  If they continue to have that, it will be a $100k fine for each game, and after 4 games they forfeit games!"

The fans will be upset about the change but chances are LeBron James will make them quickly forget.

You can check out the court below.

Cavaliers’ owner Dan Gilbert has since shot the rumor down.
